Cancellation Policy

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you can receive full experience of your scheduled service. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of appointment booking based on the hairstyle you choose. Your appointment is crucial to the salon. Your appointment is held exclusively for you. When you cancel or skip an appointment without providing sufficient notice, you then leave a gap in the salon schedule that could have been filled by another client. NO SHOWS will be charged a 100% of the reserved service amount in order to continue to book future services at this salon. 48 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late fees is a $10.00 charge added to the service. After 15 mins, your appointment will be cancelled by salon without refund of deposit. CASH, CASH APP, and DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS are accepted. There is a $3.00 CHARGE for any DEBIT/CREDIT used.
